Take big size, fresh amlas for murabba.clean wash and wipe.

Heat a idli pan.Add One litre water and put colander.Add Amlas and steam for 15 minutes.Till petals separates.Seprate all petals by hands.

Now take a big vessel add amla petals and sugar.Heat the pan.Sugar will be melted.Cook till sugar syrup gets one thread consistency and colour of murabba turns reddish.Add cardamom powder, pinch of salt and cloves.

Now our murabba is ready.Cool completely and store in a airtight glass container
