Ingredients

25 minutes
10-15 cookies
  • 1 boxChocolate cake mix (Betty Crocker)
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1/3 cupOil
  • 1/2 cupMini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cupHeath chocolate chips
  • 2 tbspChocolate syrup
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 barHershey's Cookies and Cream bar

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, milk, and a handful of chocolate chips.

  3. 3

    Grease a baking pan. Scoop dough onto pan, spacing 2 inches apart.

  4. 4

    Bake for 25 minutes.

  5. 5

    Use a circular cookie cutter to cut cookies into circles.

  6. 6

    Cool for 3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Top each cookie with half a square of Hershey's Cookies and Cream bar.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and Heath chips on top.

  9. 9

    Drizzle chocolate syrup over cookies.

Tips

For extra softness, consider chilling the dough before baking.
