One Pot Mexican Pasta

This has become my absolute favorite pasta dish to make. Recipe found on Fb. Super easy and convenient. To be honest i questioned the flavor of it because I'd never had pasta without sauce but tried it anyways and found it to be delicious as is!!

One Pot Mexican Pasta

Steps

Set aside half of grape tomatoes and half the bunch of cilantro
- 2
Add sausage, onion, tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro and seasonings to bottom of pot.

Add water and spaghetti on top.

Turn stove on med-high heat. Cover and bring to a boil.

Once water is boiling remove lid and stir until water has dissipated. Remove from heat.

Add remaining halves of tomatoes and cilantro.
