4 tbspPowdered sugar
1big Kiwi 🥝

Strain Curd for 3-5 hours,10 mins Rest prep

Take the Yogurt squeeze out water and strain in the Muslin or thin cotton cloth tie it in the hanging position for about 3-5 hours.

Later remove the hung curd from the cloth into mixing bowl !

Next Peel the Kiwi and chopped into fine cubes or chunks

Add Sugar in the Hung Curd and mix well.

Next mix the chopped kiwi chunks together nicely !

Keep it in the freezer for about half an hour or so…Garnish slices of kiwi before serving them 👍
