Rose lassi

Rose lassi is a refreshing and fragrant twist on the classic Pakistani yogurt drink. Made with creamy yogurt, chilled water or milk, sugar, and a generous splash of rose syrup, this lassi is sweet, cooling, and beautifully aromatic. Rose Lassi is one of the easiest beverage recipes. Just add everything in the blender jar and give it a good swirl until a smooth and frothy lassi is formed.
As the rose syrup is sweet too, you can adjust the sugar according to the level of sweetness you want in the lassi.
The delicate floral notes of rose perfectly complement the tanginess of the yogurt, making it a soothing summer beverage.
It’s often garnished with crushed ice, chopped pistachios, or dried rose petals for a festive touch.
Served cold, rose lassi not only quenches thirst but also provides a burst of energy on hot days. A traditional yet elegant drink, it’s perfect for parties, or simply as a delightful treat any time of year.
