Moroccan Harsha (semolina pancake), easy and quick to make in a pan

Traditional harsha with simple ingredients and a wonderful taste, perfect for breakfast or with tea. I love making it because it's quick and always turns out perfectly, especially when it's golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside 😋
