Cook the potatoes and mash them, adding a little milk to get the right consistency.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with the mashed potatoes and Swiss cheese.

Beat the egg whites and gently fold them into the mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C) in a preheated oven.
