Ingredients

5 hours
6-8 servings
  • 125 gflour
  • 63 gsugar
  • 350-500 mlmilk
  • 4eggs
  • A fewdrops vanilla extract
  • Butter for cake pan
  • Caramel sauce (additional, about 5-6 tbsp)
  • 8-10Dried prunes (please adjust as you want)
  • Rum (50ml - 80ml) for soaking prunes

    Soak dried prunes in rum

  2. 2

    Mix flour, sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

    Add 2 into pan, and cook it in low heat.

  4. 4

    Preheat the oven 180℃

  5. 5

    Cook it until it becomes really really heavily sticky...!

    Put butter on cake pan and add the dough and raisins. Use wooden spoon to shape nicely

    Bake it about 30 - 45 minutes 180°C. Cool it in the refrigerator longer than 3 hours. Serve with caramel sauce if you like. (This is not traditional way, but somehow mom adds it all the time.)
