  • 200 gBroccoli
  • 3 slicesGinger (sliced)
  • 2 clovesGarlic (sliced)
  • 1 tspSesame oil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 LWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring 1L water to a boil in a wok.

  2. 2

    Add ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and salt to the boiling water.

  3. 3

    Boil for 1 minute to infuse the flavors.

  4. 4

    Add broccoli florets and boil until half-cooked, about 2–3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Drain and serve.

Tips

Adjust the boiling time based on your preferred broccoli texture.
