Take a pan add oil heat it add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, methi seeds, fennel seeds,hing fry it and add mango fry it well.

Raw mango should be chopped in long slices and skin of mango should be removed.

After frying ingredients add Turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander Cumin powder, Jaggery,sugar,Garam Masala powder mix and fry it well.

After frying mangoes add water mix it well and boil it well.
