Tindora Masala sukhi sabji enjoyed in a dinner or in a lunch in idian household. This amazing sabji tastes best with Phulka or bhakti.
Steps

Wash and cut lengthwise tindra. Heat oil in a Kadai.

Add carom and cumin seeds. Add asafoetida and pinchof turmeric powder.

Add cut tindora. Add salt and stir it well.cover the lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Take roasted peanuts, besan ganthiya and sesame seeds.

Crush it. Now add sugar, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, turmeric powder, pickle masala. Stir tindora very well.

Add chopped green coriander. Add prepared masala. Mix it well. Cook well.

When masala tindora is cooked sprinkle chopped green coriander. It's a summer special sabji. So you can enjoy with phulka and mango juice.

Pickle masala in a tindora sabji is gives chatpata tests.
