Wash and dry tindora and chillies. Slice them as you like.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds; when they splutter, add asafoetida.Add turmeric, then tindora and chillies. Add salt and mix.

Cook for only 2-3 minutes for crunchiness. Remove from heat.

Serve as a side dish or with a meal.
Tips
For more spiciness, use strong or spiced green chillies.
