Steps

Wash make dry bhindi. Cut round shape. Heat oil in a Kadai. Add cumin seeds. asafoetida and chopped green chili.

Add turmeric. Saute it well.

Add cut bhindi. Add salt as per taste. Mix it well. Saute well. Let it cook. Take curd and began. Mix it well.

Add 1 cup of water. Make kadhi mixture. Now the bhinda is cooked well. Heat ghee in a Kadai.

Add cumin seeds, dry red chilli, Taj Patta. Dry Methi seeds, cloves and star aniseans curr leaves.Saute it well.

Next add kadhi mixture in a cookedbhindi. Add tempering in a kadhi mixture. Add jaggery and garlic ginger paste. Mix it well.

Add 1/2 cup of water. Adjust kadhi consistency. Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli powder. Boil for 3 minutes. Bhindi kadhi is ready to serve. Sprinkle chopped green.

You can enjoy with rice..it's very delicious.
