Place the bell peppers, tomatoes, and beets in a baking dish and put them in the oven until cooked.

Then we take it out and put it in the blender and blend well until the mixture becomes smooth.

Chop the onions and place them in an oven tray. Top with the vegetable mixture, then add the chicken livers and the pre-thawed minced meat.

Add the labneh, Italian seasoning, thyme, and salt. Mix well, then bake in the oven until the liver and meat are cooked through. Serve warm and enjoy!
