I had frozen paneer block I got it to room temperature and cut them into cubes roasted until slightly golden with ghee set aside in the same wok

Add diced onions green chilies sauté till it’s slightly golden add fiber garlic paste then add whisked curd besides blended cashews with little water
- 3
Added the cashew paste,fresh cream & all spices mentioned above let it cook until raw smell disappears finally add fried paneer and cook it for only 2-3 minutes garnish with coriander leaves and it’s ready enjoy with rice or roti..!
Tips
Do not over cook paneer it gets mashed in gravy ..!
