Ingredients

  • 1boiled carrot-
  • 1- boiled potato
  • 6-8boiled beans
  • 1 handfulpeas-
  • 1 handfulsweet corn-
  • 1chopped onion -
  • 2 spoonsgrated ginger-
  • 4chopped green chillies-
  • leaveschopped corainder
  • salt
  • 2 spoonsgaram masala pwder-
  • oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the vegetables(carrot, potato, beans, peas, sweet corn) in the grinder and grind them coarsely.

  2. 2

    Mix chopped onion, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies, crushed vegetables, garam masala powder, salt together.

  3. 3

    Make round shaped flat cutlets and shallow fry them on medium heat.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.
