Steps

Put all the vegetables(carrot, potato, beans, peas, sweet corn) in the grinder and grind them coarsely.

Mix chopped onion, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies, crushed vegetables, garam masala powder, salt together.

Make round shaped flat cutlets and shallow fry them on medium heat.
- 4
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
