
Fish curry in mustard sauce

Steps

First cut the whole fish into medium sized 6 pieces. Wash well. Marinate with salt and yellow powder.

Put 2 spoons of mustard oil in the pan. let the oil be hot. fry the fish pieces untill golden brown. Put them aside.

In the same pan put the rest of the oil. Put kalonji, green chilies, onion paste, ginger, garlic paste. Fry for sometime. Then put yellow powder, salt and the mustard paste (after sieving the paste). Add water. When water starts boiling, add the fried fish pieces. Let it boil for some time, when the gravy becomes thick, add coriander leaves and ready to serve with plain rice.
