Ingredients

  • 1 cantuna
  • 4flour tortillas
  • 1 3/4 oz.Manchego cheese
  • cilantro
  • onion
  • lime
  • olive oil
  • Maggi seasoning sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • soy sauce
  • green chili
  • pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté about two tablespoons of chopped onion, finely chopped green chili to taste, washed and chopped cilantro, and a can of tuna. I prefer tuna in water, but you can use tuna in oil if you drain it well. Season with the juice of half a lime, a few drops of Maggi seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and pepper.

    Grate a small piece of Manchego cheese on a plate and add it to the tuna in the pan.

    Warm 3 or 4 flour tortillas, fill them with the tuna mixture, and cut them in half to serve. See http://easycooking.mx/receta/burrito-de-n-de-lata
