Take a besan add red chilli powder, green chilli paste, cumin coriander powder, ajwain seeds,turmeric powder, salt g,garam masala powder mix it well.

After mixing mixture of batter add water to it mix well,it should not more thick or thin,it should be medium batter for frying.

After mixing batter add chopped padvalkai and coat it well and add water
- 4
Take a pan add oil heat it add coat padvalkai fry it crispy and brown. and serve it with tomato sauce.
