Spaghetti Bolognese

This is an easy recipee i used to make as a young child. Any veggies will do, and onion soup powder is the better choice. Red wine was what the original recipee said but i have even made this using brandy. Anything will do. To make a lasaugne out of this, just make a white sauce and layer.

This is an easy recipee i used to make as a young child. Any veggies will do, and onion soup powder is the better choice. Red wine was what the original recipee said but i have even made this using brandy. Anything will do. To make a lasaugne out of this, just make a white sauce and layer.
Steps

Cook spaghetti in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Fry onions in a pan until soft. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.

Add minced meat and salt. Stir with a fork to separate the meat.

Add bell pepper, carrot, tomato, and any other vegetables you like.

Add all dry spices, tomato puree, tomato sauce, water, soup powder, and wine.

Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes until thickened.

Serve sauce over spaghetti.
Tips
Chop the vegetables as finely as you feel like at the time, and feel free to adjust the spices to your taste.
