No-Bake Cookie Dough Bars
Some bars made using sunflower seeds, caramel, chocolate + loads more!
Steps

Line a loaf tin with baking paper, a similar sized lunchbox will be fine too.

Blend the oats and seeds.
- 3
Spoon in the caramel and vanilla extract and blend again.

Add the chocolate chips; blend briefly
- 5
Pour in the tin push down with the back of a spoon or something similar.

To finish: melt the chocolate in the microwave, but make sure it doesn't burn. Then add the rice crispies to the melted chocolate.

Spoon it evenly on top of them.

Put in the fridge for 30 minutes

When set; cut into 8 bars (approx)
Tips
Keep in the fridge for 5 days
Or keep in the freezer for 3 months
