Ingredients

  • Grated gouda cheese
  • 1 teaspoonoil
  • 1garlic clove, minced
  • 1 packetspicy ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoongreen onion, thinly sliced
  • 1soft boiled egg

Steps

    Heat the oil in a small pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

    Add the seasoning packet, 1 cup of water, and the noodles.

  3. 3

    Cover and bring to a boil, cooking until the noodles are tender. Stir to separate the noodles as they cook.

    Turn off the heat and add the grated cheese. Cover and let sit for 2–3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt fully.

  5. 5

    Stir until the broth becomes smooth and creamy.

  6. 6

    Transfer to a bowl and garnish with green onions and a soft boiled egg.
