In a sufuria, cook the onions until golden brown, then add tomatoes

After they cook for a few minutes and form a paste, add in grated carrots and garlic.Let them cook.

At this point, you can add in your spices. Royco cubes, cumin, curry powder and salt Add small water for the spices to cook. After a 2 minutes add in the beans and stir.

After simmering for like 1 minute...add half cup of water and bring to boil. Switch off the heat and add the dhania. The beans are now ready.

You can eat plain or serve with rice, chapati or ugali
