Cook, debone, and mash the smoked Titus fish. Dice the green pepper and green beans, and shred the washed carrots.

Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, then sauté onions until fragrant. Add the mashed fish and stir.

Add the vegetables and stock cube. Mix well, adjust seasoning to taste, and simmer briefly.
