Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice
  • 1Fish
  • 1 strapPlantain
  • 5 piecesTomatoes
  • 1 piece or more if u likeOnions
  • Pepper as much as u want
  • 2Maggi
  • Salt little to your taste
  • Jollof rice spice little
  • 1/2 canSweet corn
  • 1/2 canGreen beans
  • 1/4 cup for riceGround oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil a cup if rice at 100 degree celcius for three minutes, wash the rice and drain in a basket.

  2. 2

    Wash your fish and boil for two minutes and add spice to give it a nice taste.

  3. 3

    Cut or blend your ingredients such as tomatoes, pepper, and onions and fry in a ground oil for a minute, and add little salt while frying, then pour water.

  4. 4

    Add spices like maggi, salt, ginger and garlic to your own taste into the water containing ingredients and allow to boil.

  5. 5

    Pour rice into mixture and allow to cook.

  6. 6

    Wash sweet corn and green beans and pour into rice when water is remaining small to drain to avoid over cooking and stair.

  7. 7

    When rice is done, pur fish and stair gently to avoid pieces.

  8. 8

    Fry the plantain afterwards by cutting to shape if choice and adding little salt before frying.
