1large carrot (grated)
2 stickscelery (diced)
1 1/2 Tbspplain flour
1 1/2 Tbspbutter
1-2heap tsp if curry powder (to own tastes)
2 cupmilk (appox)

Put butter in hot saucepan, add onion, celery cook until softened add flour an stir quickly cooking off the flour add curry stir add carrot an add milk slowly. Stirring constantly
