Steps

Boil the peas for 15 to 20 minutes.

Put corn oil in a cooking pot and leave it to heat up for 30 seconds.

Add diced onions to the cooking pan and leave it to cook till it turns golden brown.

Add tomatoes and leave it to cook for 3.minutes then put 3 pinches of salt.

Add boiled Garden peas and cover it to steam for 3 minutes the stir.

Add on to it carrots then some water and cover it for 6 minutes to cook.

Serve while hot with rice or chapati!
