Take half portion of chopped onion, tomato, and 1tbs ginger garlic paste into a blander and make fine pure out of it.

Heat oil into a pressure cooker and add all whole spices and fry until bayleaf turns golden

Sauté remaining onion tomato and green chilli curry leaves and cook them until it gets mushy

Add pure of onion tomato in cooker mix it well

Once it gets mixed add garam masala red chilli powder, turmeric, mutton masala and cook them until it starts separating oil from sides

Add mince into it mix well with masala.

Add salt to taste

Add around two cup on boiling water with large chunks of potato and pressure cook it for 3-4 weasel

Garnish it with coriander.

Serve it with butter Pav,Chopped onion, lemon, papad and adding teaspoon of butter on top of kheema
