Ingredients

  1. 2large sized raw mangoes
  2. 2 tspcumin seeds (jeera) powder
  3. 1 tspcrushed black pepper
  4. to tasteblack salt
  5. 1 pinchasafoetida (hing)
  6. 1/4 cupsugar

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and boil mangoes.Let them cool. peel, mash and strain the pulp.

  2. 2

    Mix well till sugar is dissolved.Divide the mixture into four tall glasses, fill it up with chilled water.

    Stir well and serve
