Take. raw fish and remove the scales and intestines and wash the fish. Salt it (just a pinch of salt) and let it dry for 30 minutes.

Put the cooking oil in the pan and let it boil at maximum heat until you see bubbles. Put the fish in the pan and let it deepfry until it turn golden brown on one side and turn it over until both sides are evenly cooked. As you remove it from the pan let it the oil drain then serve while hot
