  2. 0.5Radicchio
  3. 150 GramsCorn salad
  4. 2Oranges
  5. 6Walnuts
  6. 2 TablespoonsMustard
  7. 2 TablespoonsHoney
  8. 2 TablespoonsBalsamic vinegar
  9. 2 TablespoonsWater
  10. 160 MillilitresOlive Oil
  11. 1 PinchSalt
  12. 1 PinchPepper

    Cut chicory 2 cm higher than core end in order to remove leaves easily.

    Cut radicchio into fine strips.

  3. 3

    Wash and spin corn salad.

  4. 4

    Peel and segment the oranges.

  5. 5

    Crack nuts and divide into some pieces each.

  6. 6

    Decorate salad leaves and oranges on a plate and garnish with walnuts.

  7. 7

    For the dressing, put all ingredients in a bowl and blend into a fine emulsion. Season to taste.

    Drizzle dressing over salad.
