Steps

Pull off the skin from Chicken and seperate chicken from bones. Set chicken in a bowl.

Boil 1 cup of water in a sauce pan and add a pinch of salt. Add frozen brocoli and or Green Beans. Simmer for 5 minutes. Drain vegetables.

In a heavy skillet or boneless pan add olive oil. Add Garlic,Ginger,Green chillies and cook for 1 minute. Add tikka masala and cook 1 minute. Add can of chopped tomatoes. Cook for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
