  1. 1 packagesstew meat (cubed)
  2. 1 mediumonion (diced)
  3. 1/4 cupflour
  4. 2 candiced stew tomatoes
  5. 1 dashpepper
  6. 1 tspsalt

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    cut up stew meat into cubes.

  2. 2

    toss the stew meat in flour,salt and pepper to coat.

  3. 3

    place in slow cooker

  4. 4

    add diced onion to slow cooker

  5. 5

    pour tomatoes on top of onions

  6. 6

    add water to cover

  7. 7

    cook on low 5-6 hours

  8. 8

    great served over egg noodles and mashed potatoes
