  2. 50 gramsChickpea
  3. 2 tspGingelly Oil
  4. 5 pinchSalt
  5. 1Red chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat Skillet and add gingerly oil

  2. 2

    Now add a pinch of mustard seed

  3. 3

    add chickpea

  4. 4

    After mustard pops add chopped onion and fry.

  5. 5

    Now add red chilli (tear it into flakes)

  6. 6

    Now add finely chopped plantain stem and salt

  7. 7

    Stir uniformly and close lid for 4 minutes.
