This is a simple braised pork belly. You can scale this and flavor to suit yourself.

Score pork belly skin

Mix wet ingredients to taste and pour over pork belly in appropriate size roasting dish. Crush garlic cloves and add to dish.

Cover with foil and roast at 200-300F for 2.5 hours. Turn periodically

During last 40 minutes of roasting, turn skin side up and leave uncovered

Before plating, blast skin with a torch. Serve with fried rice or other asian style side dish.
