Ingredients

  1. 2 canEvaporated milk
  2. 2 canCampbell's cheddar cheese soup
  3. 1 cupBacon bits
  4. 1 bunchGreen onions
  5. 2 dashCajun seasoning
  6. 1as needed Salt
  7. 1as needed Pepper
  8. 1as needed Kroger zesty seasoning
  9. 6Potatoes, medium

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop potatoes into 1-2 inch rectangles or squares. Boil until softened.

  2. 2

    Combine evaporated milk and cheddar cheese soup over medium heat, stirring frequently. Thicken to desired consistency.

  3. 3

    Add seasonings. Then add chopped chives, and all remaining ingredients.

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and stir.

I assume you drain the water from the potatoes before adding the evaporated milk and soup? And do you use 12 oz can of evaporated milk?
