Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 4 - 5 tablespoonsrice flour
  • / watermilk to make thin batter
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 teaspoonsoda bicarbonate
  • 2 cupscoconut grated
  • 1/2 tinmilkmaid
  • 3 tablespoonsbadam slices
  • 2 - 3 tablespoonscashewnuts broken
  • 1 - 2 tablespoonsraisins
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh cream
  • 1 tablespoonsugar powdered
  • 1 pinchcardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoonsbiscuits crushed teatime

    Mix the filling ingredients one at a time to make a creamy textured mixture. Keep aside.

    Add in a bowl,the pancake batter items to make a thin batter.make sure no lumps,you can beat it in a mixer or just smash with your hands.wash after !!

  3. 3

    Pour a ladle of batter onto a nonstick tawa/flat pan that is greased with oil and spread slowly to a thin circle.fry till golden brown.smear with butter/ghee if you want more taste. Calorie conscious skip it!

  4. 4

    Now, just put a spoonful of the filling on the pancake and layer out and roll it. Fix with a toothpick. Drizzle with any favourite topping like honey or caramel! Enjoy
