Ingredients

1-serving
  • 250 gmButter (chopped)
  • 2 tspsLemon rind , grated
  • 180 gmchocolate White , chopped
  • 1 1/2 cupsCastor sugar
  • 3/4 cupMilk
  • 2 cupsAll purpose flour
  • 2 tspsBaking powder
  • 2 nosEgg , beaten lightly

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 170° and grease and line a cake tin.

  2. 2

    Combine butter, lemon rind, chocolate, sugar and milk in a sause pan and stir over at medium heat util it is smooth.

  3. 3

    Transfer this mixture to large bowl for approx 15 minutes to cool to room temp.

  4. 4

    Sift flour and baking powder and pour over the butter mixture and then stir in egg one by one to this.

  5. 5

    Transfer the batter to the prepared cake tin bake for approx 1 hour.

  6. 6

    The cake is ready to serve.
