Place sprouted green gram in a serving bowl. Add diced tomato and sour raw mango.

Grate the sweet raw mango and add to the sprouts. Add salt and sugar.

You can also add finely diced apple, cucumber, carrot, cabbage, onion etc to the salad.If you are adding more vegetables, increase the quantity of sprouts. You can replace sour raw mango with lime juice. Add Slit green chillies and coarse pepper if desired.
