Take sugar in a pan and add water till the sugar has completely immersed. Heat the mixture.

Once it starts bubbling, add the butter and stir continuously.

Let it cook for another 5 minutes and then switch off the heat.

In another pan, mix drinking chocolate powder, cocoa powder and milk powder.

Add this mix to the heated syrup while continuously stirring.

Grease a plate or mould with butter and pour the chocolate.

Keep it aside for an hour before cutting and wrapping the chocolate.
