    Prepare the lemon first Kurd. To mix the sugar with lemon juice. Whisk thoroughly whisk yolk and egg. Pour the lemon juice to all the sugar, mix well and send everything in a saucepan. Add butter cut into pieces and put on a tile over medium heat.
