Grind all items under "To Grind" to a paste.

Heat oil in a pan.Add sliced onion,ginger,green chilies and curry leaves. Saute until onion turns translucent.

Add the ground masala and fry until oil starts to separate.

Add beef and mix well.Add water and salt to taste,cover and cook until beef is done to your liking.

Uncover and cook for few more minutes until gravy turns thick.

PS:- Tastes much better from second day onward. So keep it refrigerated on day one, if you can resist it. :)
