1Shredded Carrot
1 tbspOnion
1 tspParsley
1 tsprosemary
1 tbspchia seeds with 3 tbsp water

Combine chia seeds with water and let sit for about 3 minutes (this is the egg substitute)

Pre heat oven to 375

Combine ingredients

Mix and form into meatballs
5

Place on pan and put in oven for 10 minutes
6

Flip meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes
