Tofu steak with fried vegetables and quinoa

Tofu cut into slices and pour soy sauce, so that all slices from all sides are covered. Boil Quinoa in salted water according to the instructions (normally boils like rice - 1: 2 quinoa:water, 15 - 20 minutes).

Onion chop finely, along with sliced celery fry in half of the heated sesame oil. In meanwhile, chop the zucchini and peppers into small cubes.

After aproximately 5 minutes add the rest of vegetables to onion and celery. Add the chilli, thyme, salt and pepper according to taste. Furthermore stir-fry for about 5 minutes so the vegetables remains crisp.

On the remaining oil fry the tofu slices on both sides until golden brown and serve!
