Cooking Instructions

Preheat the the oven to 180°F

Melt the butter and honey on a low heat until a well mixed liquid
- 3
Take the the sauce off the heat and add cashews and mix well until covered
- 4
Turn out into a lined baking tray and spread out evenly
- 5
Pop in the oven for 5 minutes take out and toss
- 6
Pop back in the oven for 5 minutes and check again, if not brown
- 7
Mix the sugar and salt in a bowl
- 8
Stir occasionally until the nuts have cooled. Break up and enjoy I recommend if any last longer than a few hours store in an air tight container
