2 tbspbutter
2 tbspflour
1 cupmilk
1/4 tspsalt
tsp1/8 cayenne pepper
8 ozshredded cheddar
1 cupJalapeños

Melt butter in pan, over medium flame.

Add flour whisk until paste.

Add milk, cayenne pepper, and salt. Then whisk it all together for about a minute.

Turn off heat and add 8 oz of shredded chedder.

Whisk until creamy.

Add Jalapeños (optional)
