Ingredients

45 mins
  • 8 - 10potatoes , Red medium to small size (Normal are also fine)
  • 1Red bell pepper , -
  • 1Onion (optional), small
  • 2 TbspsOlive oil crushed   ,
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes   ,
  • rosemary basil and (italian sesoning is also fine) .
  • to tasteSalt black pepper and according
  • 1   small - OptionalButter cube
  • 2 clovesGarlic - Optional

Steps

    Pre-heat the oven for 10 min on 350 C.

    Cut  potatoes in half (if you think its still big cut them into 4). Make sure you have enough skin with the piece.

  3. 3

    Cut red pepper and onion into square pieces.(We add red pepper because its nice and sweet on baking. Gives added flavor. If not available can be skipped) and chopped garlic.

  4. 4

    Lightly grease the baking dish with butter Add potatoes, bell pepper, onion and garlic. Season with rosemary and basil. Also add crushed red chili flakes and salt according to taste. Add remaining butter and olive oil.

  5. 5

     Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes. In between (after every 10-15 minutes) remove it from the oven and just shake it so that it cooks evenly from all sides. If you think that potatoes are getting dry you may add a little olive oil.

  6. 6

    Check the potatoes with a knife. If they are done just broil for 2-3 min to give that charred flavor. Remove from the oven.

    It's ready to be eaten !!

    Best served with sour cream on the side :)
