Ingredients

  1. 500prawn gr
  2. 2onions
  3. 2tomato
  4. 2 teaspoonsginger garlic paste
  5. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  6. 1 tablespoonchilly powder
  7. 1/4 tablespoonmustard seeds
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1 tablespoonurad dal
  10. 2 tablespoonsoil
  11. 1 stripcurry leaves
  12. 1/4 bunchcoriander leaves
  13. 1 to tastecoriander powder
  14. 3chile red
  15. 1/2 cuptamarind juice
  16. 1 tablespoonpepper
  17. 2 tablespoonscoconut
  18. fenugreek few

Steps

  1. 1

    HEat oil in a pan add  chopped onion,salt saute it for 2 min

  2. 2

    Then add ginger garlic paste turmeric,tomato,grated coconut, chilly powder, coriander powder, put the lid on and let it cook for 2 min then let it cool down, put it in to the blender and make a paste.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilly, urad deal,Curry leave.

  4. 4

    Add the prepared paste of onions tomato and coconut, mix this and put the lid on and let it cook for 5to6 min add tamarind juice, water  mix it, once it comes to boil add prawns,mix it well put the lid on and let it cook for 2 min add crushed pepper, coriander chopped, put the lid on and switch off the flame.

For one reason, my whole outlook on the art of cooking changed. I admit that I was not entirely thrilled at the prospect of learning to cook. All I knew of the art was exhausting hours of standing in front of a stove to cook some boring entree I didn’t even like. I later learned how far that was from the truth. I now find cooking to be enjoyable.I learned to cook well. Anybody can follow a recipe, but knowing how to make something delicious is not so simple.Whenever I am in the kitchen cooking something I always feel great. I love to cook with my mom and make different foods. After I make the food, I love to share it with my friends and family.
