  • Omlet preparation ingredients  (Exclude the Tomatoes)

Steps

  1. 1

    For omlet you cook both sides well, for this when one side is slightly done(say 15 seconds), bend it on all four sides, to meet each other, so it closes over the other.

  2. 2

    Now toss it over to the other side. Do not keep it for more than 10 seconds.

  3. 3

    Serve hot.
