Korean flavors Rice Bowl

Getting home from work, making dinner, I like quick and easy. Plus add flavorful on top of that, it's a real winner.

Steps
- 1
Add all sauce ingredients (first 6 ingredients) to a small bowl, whisk together, adjust pepper flakes to your heat level
- 2
Add a little oil to your pot, heat on medium high
- 3
Chop garlic, add too hot oil, stir constantly for about 1 minute
- 4
Add ground meat to pot with garlic, stir and chop into small pieces, until cooked
- 5
Add sauce to ground meat, keep stirring, about 2 minutes
- 6
Add green onions, stir for 1 additional minute
- 7
Serve over prepared hot rice

NOTES - be careful with the soy sauce, too much can make it overly salty. I also added a handful of snow peas to this one in the picture. Had some left over. Turned out good if you have some. Next time I'll try some chopped water chestnuts also, I think the crisp will add a nice touch. I was out of red pepper flakes and used 1 tablespoon of hot sauce instead, worked great.
